Hi! We have been bringing our pup Theo at Happy Dogs for 2 1/2 years now and they are the best! Whether its a planned kennel stay, daycare, drop off, or emergency / last minute care, we always to leave Theo in their care. They are super responsive, keep us in the loop on anything that comes up and are even ahead of us in tracking Theo's upcoming vaccination needs. I recommend them to anyone looking for either overnight boarding or daycare!

We've been taking our dog to Happy Dogs since March and we LOVE it. More importantly, he loves it! The staff are great, always communicative on how our dogs day was, sends updates on anything they feel we should know about our pup, and always have smiles on their faces. You can also check in on your dog daily through their nest camera which is a bonus if you're an anxious dog owner like me! To give you an idea on how much he loves Happy Dogs... the image is of him on his nightly walk waiting for Happy Dogs to open so he can go see all his friends :)

Our Wheaten Terrier, Baloo, LOVES Happy Dogs! She goes every week day and is always over the moon to see the staff (who are very friendly and professional). On the web cam I can see that she loves playing with the other pups there, and also has time and space to nap when she wants to. She is more relaxed than she was at her previous day care (which made her a little aggressive). She loves boarding there, and it's really convenient that we can drop her off for a few hours at the weekend if we need to get non-dog friendly things done. It's also great that she gets a monthly bath for free with her subscription. Baloo loves happy dogs!

We get quick updates for even minor things regarding our dog and photos when she stays overnight. The space is big and the dogs seem to fall right into that pack mentality.

My pup has been going to Happy Dogs since she was a puppy and I can't say enough good things about them. They are always super responsive, so incredibly helpful, and it's clear they really care about my dog. I truly feel that daycare has been a crucial part of my dog's socialization and has improved her manners and interactions with other dogs. Thank you Happy Dogs!

My french bulldog attends daycare here very often, multiple times a week. He gets picked up in the morning and absolutely loves the entire experience. Staff is great and you can watch your pup on a live cam all day. Highly recommend! One of the better deals in the neighborhood.

I love taking Nelly here! My dog absolutely loves it and comes home exhausted. They have live cams so you can check out what your pup is doing throughout the day. The staff there is so nice and incredibly responsive with any questions as well via email. They have a vet come to give vaccinations if any of the dogs are overdue so you don’t have to make an extra trip to the vet for Bortadella shots (needed every 6 months). I would highly recommend Happy Dogs!

I've been bringing my dog, Charlie, to Happy Dogs for almost two years now. I have nothing but great things to say about the facilities, the staff and the care given to my dog. The wonderful staff respond quickly to emails, pay extremely close attention to detail, and make sure you're always informed on the status of your pup. Added perks - They also offer baths and cameras so you can watch your dog play all day!

My dog and I absolutely LOVE Happy Dogs. Really recommend to everyone who lives near the daycare. They take really good care of my dog and he's always so tired and happy when he's back. They also make sure to update me everytime when some accidents happened and double make sure that there's nothing to be worried about. Most of all, they take cute pictures and send it to you too!

Happy Dogs at 23rd & 1st is AMAZING! Everyone is very friendly & helpful. Our dog loves coming here while I am at work to play with his furiends. They have a variety of packages for many different lifestyles and even have grooming so you can pick up your pup fresh, clean, and smelling amazing. I couldn't be happier with their services - would definitely recommend! :)

Happy Dogs has been absolutely wonderful daycare for our little guy Bean. He gets so excited to go in the mornings and the staff are so kind and friendly. It's reassuring to be able to watch our dog on the camera throughout the day. Additionally, we love the care they take to build community through hilarious instagram posts and fun "themed" events throughout the year. We cannot recommend Happy Dogs enough!

We love Happy Dogs! More importantly our pup Toby loves it! He basically walks himself there, he’s always so excited! Toby started going once or twice a week at six months old and was great to get him to learn how to socialize with other dogs! I was nervous at first, but having the live cam and getting pictures of Toby from the employees confirm that Toby is in good hands and having a blast! I recommend Happy Dogs to all dogs and dog owners, you won’t regret it!

I started taking my maltipoo when he was around 10 months old. He loves it and comes home exhausted from his Happy day at daycare.As a parent, I appreciate all of the updates that I get regarding my dog: if he eats all of his meals, if his stool is normal, if anything was bothering him at daycare, etc. I also have access to a live video feed so I can check-in and see what my baby is up to while I am away at work.Overall, I am over the moon about my experience with Happy Dogs thus far and will continue to take my dog there for the foreseeable future. Happy Dogs is a great daycare for my little Domino (2-year-old Miniature Schnauzer), and I highly recommend it to anyone who has a busy schedule or doesn't like to leave their little one(s) at home for long periods of time! I work a lot of hours, and Happy Dogs gives me so much comfort because my dog loves going and playing with the other pups, there is a live webcam in case you want to check in on your little one, and they even caught and cut an overgrown nail that my groomer missed during my dog's monthly bath! Great place!

Happy Dogs on 23rd is amazing! We know our pup is in good hands and love the flexibility it affords us. It’s been a great way to socialize Esme and we know she loves it too- she literally sprints on her way to school in the morning.

I adopted my dog a two months ago and was very hesitant to leave her with new people as she is still adjusting to her surrounding. As I was looking for a doggy day care Happy Dogs was recommended to me. I am beyond thankful they were because they have exceeded my expectations in every way. Their staff has been incredible and the communication has been remarkable.

Our dog has been going to Happy Dogs for years and LOVES it!! She drags us the whole walk there because she knows where she is going and we often see her friends on the way so play time gets started early. We use the drop off service which is super convenient. It is nice to know our dog is in good hands and not sitting alone in our apartment all day. Happy Dogs makes our dog very happy!!

Our dog Theo loves Happy Dogs! He is well taken care of and has a blast playing with all his friends. We have used daycare, boarding and bath services, and all are top notch. Happy Dogs is terrific. Everyone who works there is very friendly, and it is obvious they care about dogs. I was leaving my puppy at home during the day, and he was being walked by a really great dog walker, but it was clear that he was starting to get restless and bored being at home all day, and he would have WAY too much energy in the evening. After I started taking him to Happy Dogs, he started getting a lot of much-needed exercise and playtime with other dogs. Now, at the end of the day, he is sleepy and well-behaved! I highly recommend Happy Dogs to anyone who wants to let their dog get a lot of exercise during the day.

I checked out many doggy daycare options before finding Happy Dogs. The minute I walked in, I knew I had found the kind of place I could trust. The (human) gang at Happy Dogs are amazing - they take great care of the pups and genuinely love being with them. The service is so personal - and I feel completely comfortable leaving my guy with them. They go to great lengths to keep both dogs and owners happy. I'm so grateful for this place - not sure what I'd do without it!

Happy Dogs is perfect for our pup. Always reliable drop off and pick up and very flexible if we need to adjust the schedule. Biscuit always seems tired (but not anxious) when she gets home which is exactly what we want!

We have been to several dog parties at Happy Dogs NYC. It's such a great space to have a dog party! Plenty of romp and play space. My dogs always have a fun time there.

My pit mix has been going to Happy Dogs at 23/1 for a couple of years now and she loves it! All her friends from the area are there to snuggle or play with, staff all knows her by name and the pictures they share always make my day. She has stayed for a few overnights when I was traveling, it’s comforting to get up Da yes while I’m away from the team and know she’s eating and playing like any other day!
